How it works
From queue entry to live conversation
Creator opens Live Voice Access
The creator starts a queue, chooses settings, and controls who joins the live voice session.
Audience members join the queue
Viewers choose a duration, enter a display name, and authorize payment without needing an Estura account.
The creator admits the next speaker
Payment captures when the paid session starts. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Pricing and fees
Clear pricing before authorization
Creators choose their voice access prices. Final payment totals are shown to viewers before authorization.
- Standard platform fee: 20%.
Refunds and cancellations
Charges begin when the paid session starts
Audience payments are authorized when joining the queue. Audience members are charged only when the live voice session starts. If a viewer is removed or not admitted first, the authorization may be canceled or released.
